Our premium culinary matcha is made from shade grown Tencha leaves, minimally processed, at family farms in Shizouka, Japan. Bright green in color with vegetal aroma and a lingering delicate flavor. When you drink matcha, you consume the actual tea leaf itself. Naturally contains EGCG (epigallo-catechin gallate) and L-Theanine. Suggested additional uses: smoothies, lattes, desserts, more.
