Medium-bodied Sencha green that leans vegetative with notes of cut grass.
Grown at elevation of 1,500 – 4,500 feet in Hunan Province|Zhejiang Province China, and made to Japanese specifications. It is non-fermented, traditional steamed, pan dried and polished.
Flavor: Vegetal flavors with hints of cut grass, honey
Aroma: Vegetal, grassy
Steep: 1 Sachet in 7 – 8 ounces water at 175 – 180° F for 3 – 7 minutes. Milk and sugar are not recommended.
