If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return items within 30 days from the time of your order. Please contact us to request a return. Once approved we will credit your purchase less a restocking fee of 20% and you will be responsible for shipping costs for items returned. If an item is damaged or broken after use we cannot replace it or issue a refund.
Steps to request a refund
- Call us at 804-840-2882 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting return approval. Please include your name, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and the order number. Once we approve a refund, your original payment method will be credited less a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

- When we receive the item in good condition, your original form of payment will be refunded less 20% restocking fee. Please note: shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.
