The dandelion leaves are dried premium-grade and cut for herbal blends or can be enjoyed on their own. It is a great companion for the evening hours as it is naturally caffeine free.

Steep: 1 heaping teaspoon, 7-9 ounces water 212ºF for 5-10 minutes
